Refund and Return Policy for YticShop
Overview
At YticShop, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund and return policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent. This policy applies to all purchases made through our e-commerce platform, yticshop.com.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Returned in the original packaging.
Certain goods cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
Additional Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, including:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund approval.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Reach out to your bank to confirm if the refund is pending.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. Once the returned item is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and later gave it to you, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. YticShop cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of shipment.
