Eligibility
- Customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Minors under 18 require parental or legal guardian approval to use YticShop’s services.
Campaigns and Promotions
- Promotions and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice unless stated otherwise.
- Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.
- YticShop reserves the right to reject an order if the products are unavailable or the promotion terms are violated.
- In cases where a product is out of stock, we may suggest similar items for purchase. A new order will need to be placed for the suggested items.
Order Confirmation and Agreement
- By completing your order, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the products in your shopping cart.
- The agreement between you and YticShop is valid when you receive an order confirmation via email or when the order is processed within five (5) working days.
- YticShop reserves the right to reject orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock limitations or other constraints.
Prices and Payment
- All prices displayed include applicable taxes. VAT display options can be manually adjusted on the website. Additional charges such as shipping and transaction fees are displayed separately during checkout.
- Payment methods offered may vary depending on the customer’s country and availability of services. Common options include PayPal, Stripe, and E-invoice. YticShop reserves the right to modify the payment options available at any time.
- Credit checks may be performed during checkout, and customers will receive a copy of the credit report if applicable.
- No account is required to place an order as a private individual.
Shipping and Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. Delivery time is usually 2–3 weeks but may vary depending on stock availability and unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery methods may vary based on the customer’s country and logistics partner availability. YticShop collaborates with trusted carriers, including but not limited to PostNord, DHL, TNT, GLS, UPS, DB Schenker, FedEx, and DPD.
- Uncollected packages returned to the sender will incur a fee of €28.
Damaged or Missing Items:
- Contact us at info@yticshop.com within a reasonable time if parts of your order are damaged or missing.
Delivery/Pickup Notifications:
- If you provide your mobile number, you will receive delivery updates via SMS.
Returns and Refunds
- Customers have a right to return products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.
- Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to a YticShop error.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Compensation and Disputes
- Compensation claims will only be accepted if determined by a court or agreed upon in writing by YticShop.
Set Off Payments:
- Customers may only offset payments if the counterclaim is related to the same order and has been determined valid by a court or agreed upon in writing.
Liability
- YticShop is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or carrier delays.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure that all personal information provided during checkout is accurate and up to date.
- Review your order before completing the purchase.
